I just started going to the weight room in my school. I'm going to do my usual conditioning workouts plus go to the weight room mondays and thursdays. I'm not going to be doing any serious weight training. I want to increase the size of my shoulders so my waist looks smaller, and also to add some mass on my biceps. What method do you guys think I should use to increase mass the quickest? I was thinking the 5x5 method.

i dont think u will have muych success just lifting mondays and thursdays...remember alkso....u need to eat a lottt of food....also do cardio only 2-3 times a week. |
