knee or leg raises. lie on your back and grab something sturdy over your head like a bed leg then keeping your legs only slightly bent lift them off the ground repeating and never letting them touch the floor. If you want to add some flavor put some leg weights on or have someone standing over you pushing down on your legs as they come up.

yep, and situps. good ole fashioned situps. especially if you use a bench with a large angle on it and hold some weights behind your head when you do them
