Fist Little evil balls of iron, KETTLEBELLS

Has anyone taken any interest in kettlebells. these little iron balls are awesome. for the past 8 months i have been training with these evil things, and all i can say is wow!!! if anyone hasn't seen these beauties yet it's well worth the effort. they have improved my martial arts tremendously. talk about strength endurance. look forward to any testimonials or questions.

Yeah, I've seen them before. Wicked!!! I knew a few people that had some. I forget how much they weighed but they were heavy as hell. Later, I bought the book 'The Russian Kettle Bell Challenge' but I haven't purchased any actual bells yet.

Default kickass kettlebells

dear gunjin, i do just about everything you can do with them. for strength grinds i do a lot of bent presses, military presses, floor presses, side presses, etc. for my cardio i do multiple sets of snatches, darcy swings, one-handed swings, etc. i've also came up with my own evil drills, my latest is doing all my thai knees while holding on to a 72lb'er, wow! it'll kick your butt. i do most of the above exercises with the 72lb, but i still love to bust out multiple sets with the 54lb. thanks for the feedback and look forward to more and more. i would also suggest buying one of these beuaties, they rock.
