I have a fight coming up and I'm supposed to be carb-loading for the next couple of days. I wanted to know what some of you experienced fighters eat during the carb-loading phase and what you eat the day of the fight (it's an evening event)

A lot of rice, and pasta. that sort of things. Usually what I do is have a healthy cereal in the mornings. Something like Wheaties, Speacial K, or something like that. For lunch I go to my local Thai restaurant and eat there. Ill order some Pad Thai noodles, Satay Gai, Tom Yum Goong, Yum Nuah, and some steamed rice. Make sure you drink plenty of water too. Also make sure you are well rested. You dont wanna have too much shit to do on the day of your fight. Hope this helped. BTW, when and where is your fight?
