![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Hahaha, don't let it get to you. I've had more injuries that I'd care too. I have had my face numbed for 6 months due to a kick in the eye, Stitches in my lip twice. 3 once and six once. Broken hand Tore both hamstrings. First took nearly 5 years to heal. Second only about 2 or so. Instructor cut me with a knife in a demo Broken Zyphoid Process Detatchment of rib from sternum Chipped teeth Sprained ankles a few times. Dislocation of tendon in my foot that lasted a few months. Dislocated finger. They heal for the most part. Try to find something you can work on until you are healed up but don't rush it. That is how you get injured again. If you can't train just think about what you want to do and try to picture yourself doing it over and over. You can teach your brain to do things better that way.

![]() ![]() ![]() | I have been injured a great many times too. Thankfully, not seriously. I reckon too many people in the fighting arts are gung ho about their own bodes. Especially oyunger guys who don't think they are going to get old. I have problems because of the way I over trained when I was young (I am now the grand old age of 40). I have problems in both knees, both elbows and my neck. We should train hard, but never in ways that cause long term damage. |
