hey hows it goin
i got a heart transplant last february, and im ready to start training again, and thinking about going into aikido and eventually bjj. the doctors dont want me to put too much stress on my body, but i know my limits, and im looking for someone to give me a daily workout plan that can get me into pretty good shape. id prefer talking over aim/icq/msn, if thats possible. if you're interested, please reply on this thread or send me a private message...thanks a lot! ill accept all suggestions, after all, im on a public board asking ![]() |
