I assume this is a more advanced exercise? I can't do a perfect one right now. I guess I'll just crank out Hindu Squats for a month or two, stick with them even after that time and then start kicking out the pistols?
Plus, I don't want to stop lifting weights, so where is my good middle-ground? I have really made some great size increases, and it may sound vain, but I don't want to lose it. Send me PMs if you would like and we can exchange email addys. Kris |
