Unhappy ultimate weight gain problem

Ok to start this out i am 152 pounds and 6'5". This just doesnt seem like a good combination to me . I should at least weigh around 180- 200 pounds, but i can't gain any weight. I have tried protein shakes with weight training and currently eat 4 meals a day. I am at least getting 4000 calories a day but not gaining weight, help!

yeah man that is rather light, I weigh 170 and am 5"8. Not really the best one to advise you but start eating a lot of protien and a lot of fat. Protien will help to build muscle and the fat will just put some wieght on and you can burn the excesses away.

How often do you work out or do you? Wieight training will put on some weight as well try for low reps and pretty heavy weight, it will make you bigger with less defintion but after you put on some size you can go back to lower reps and get more defined.

Hope this helps you.

I already work out about 4 times a week, doing as much as i can. I know bigger people would love to have it but i hate my uber fast metabolism.

Not really sure then. Eat a shitload of junk food and get fat first then turn the fat into muscle. Not really the best way of doing it but its probably the fastest way to put on wieght.

Cool

Up your calories to 5000-6000 a day,eat clean carbed foods, oats, fruits etc.Keep protein extremely high, try and consume at least 250grams a day if you aren't allready doing so...hell since you ahve such a fast metabolism,up the calories even more until you notice you are starting to put on mass, keep the weight training going, low reps/heavy weight. All that coupled together should start building lean mass.Eat every three hours.

Eat,eat, eat, weight train, take a break from any cardio you are doin, and eat even more.

No such thing as turning fat into muscle, with him being so naturally lean his best option is to keep eating clean and very often, maybe even as often as 1.5 hours while keeping protein very high and slowly building muscle, you will gain lean mass, you just have to figure out how much you gotta eat a day.
