Alright i'm obsessed about physique(spelling?). I've been working on my abs for 2-3 months now and have seen some results the problem is that my advancement appears to have come to a halt. Could u guys see what is wrong with my routine and if you got some wellshaped or well developed abs , please care to share your routine with me.
My routine: 3 days a week(usually monday weds and friday.)
Hip thrust: 3 sets 25 reps
Reverse crunch: 2 sets 25 reps
Oblique Crunch: 3 sets 25 reps
Straight leg crunch: 3 sets 25 reps
Crunch: 2 sets 25 reps
I follow a strict asian diet so it keeps me lean, so i believe that fat may not be the issue (i may be wrong).
Thankyou for your time and reply soon!

Hold some weight while doing them. If you want your abs to get bigger you have to continually increase the load they are bearing. Our typical ab routine is
1 set of 100 crunches
1 set of 100 reverse crunches
1 set of 100 both left and right oblique crunches
Kickups
Lemon squeezes
When that becomes easy hold a 35 of 45 lb plate and do the crunches with that weight. Roman chair or Ham Glut rack makes it much easier to work the abs.

If you must use force, make it excessive.
