Hey Spudman, I would avoid the creatine for now. Its not FDA approved and has caused heart problems with some kids.
You ask, "Is there anything that would make my progress quicker?" The answer is Yes. Get plenty of rest & sleep when you aren't training, train intelligently and give training your full intensity. If you're not sweating, you probably aren't making alot of progress. Don't compare yourself to your classmates. Compare yourself to yourself; monitor your progress and push yourself a little harder each time - your progress will happen slowly but consistantly. About training @ 15, stick with push ups, situps, pull ups (you can change the direction of your grip and the width of your grip to focus on different muscles), jump rope, squatting with no weights, swimming and running. Don't worry about how you look; focus more on how much more explosive you become or how much longer you can work in the gym without getting tired. When you get older (17 or 18) then you can begin lifting weights and trying creatine.

The bodyweight excercises will improve your speed somewhat, but the best way to improve your speed is to work on your techniques again and again. Have your coach give you some pointers.
Reflexes come with sparring and drills.
