No, its just a fillet chunk of it in a can about the size of a cardboard handsoap box. The can usually has a ring- pull off top like your standard sardeens can.

turkey breast wrap (smoked, low-fat shaved turkey breast, fat free tortilla, banana peppers, lettuce, tomatoes, mustard).

Three hardboiled eggs (whites only, no yolks).

Small handful of grapes.
