Hey guy and gals

The past 3 months i have been suffering from chronic stomach aches and nausea, so i went to the doctor and he thinks i have a Ulcer, I have lost more the 15 pounds in the past 2 months, and dont know what to do about it. I am on perscription antibiotics to help heal it but they dont seem to be working. Please if you have any information or advice you can give me, share it because I honestly feel like i am slowly going to die at this piont.

thanks

Hi ChunGi, I suggest you to eat light food (white fish, vegetables, fruit...) and drink some natural juices. Drink around 2 liters of water per day too. You must avoid spicy food and alcohol. Of course do what the doctor tells you to do and don't let negative thoughts overcome you. Think that your body can defeat the illness, and be patient too; but you must think in a postive way, even if it's difficult. The mental factor is very important in fighting against a disease, just be patient and don't get nervous man. Good luck!

Go to your local health food store and look for distilled aloe vera juice. This will heal the damage that has already happened to your stomach. It works very well. When I had my ulcer problems, I would drink 8 ounces a day. I did this for about 2 months, which was the time between gastroscopys. At the second one, all the damage was healed.

Default ....

Great advice... don't stress too much either, stress can make it worse. Aloe vera is very effective.

Thanks for all your advice, but i htink the stupidest thing i did was not go get it checked out till i got really bad, assuming it was the flu or something? oh well life goes on, talk to you all later.
