    Default High Preformance Nutritional Help

    Hello All,

I was doing 4 nights a week training but in the last 4 months i have added 3 cardio classes to that(so some nights i am running around town doing classes at different places). I have found that I am starting to get tried more easily, and I have a feeling that is it a nutrition thing. Does anyone have suggestion on foods that I could add to my diet to help increase energy, and preformance.

Don't eat refined grain foods (e.g white rice or white bread etc.) or sugar. These take a lot of energy away from you.

I am no doctor, but if I may offer a suggestion.

From your quote that I excerted above, it seems as if you might be getting mentally drained. Having a feeling or running all over town, and such. I wonder if this is more of a mental stress factor. You'll still need to get plenty of sleep and rest, but you also need to take time out of your day for other things. Remember that every day you need to excercise physically (which you are doing), mentally, and spiritually. Spend off time with family and friends, go to new places, try new foods, get out a little and just have fun. I think you can add a little fun to your day.
