Man, you sure drop a lot of advertisements.
It's really annoying, much like spam in your email. You posted this on the 27th and said it would make a great christmas present, what a tool.

Knowledge is everywhere, the wisdom to apply it is rare indeed. This got my attention and I thought it was something to read THIS PART>>>"We are so sure that you will learn and enjoy these interviews that we have given them a 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. If for some reason you are unhappy just let us know and we will refund your money, NO QUESTIONS ASKED".
Seems like any number of MMA, wrestling or submission fighters and trainers might enjoy getting their hands on a resource like this...

I understand that this would be good information. I have checked out grapplers gym homepage and forum and realize that he knows a lot, and doesnt mind sharing. Just that out of 9 posts that he has made, 8 of them deal with him selling a product. This thread itself was also started in the MMA section. Everything offers 100% money back anymore. I checked out this product its less than $30, which means its not worth returning. It's all hyped up advertising. Same thing that pops up on peoples computers all the time. Same thing as spam in my email. I knew this was cut and pasted from the christmas posting, thats part of the point, it saves time when spamming to post the same information all over the web.

HtTKar,
Thanks for your feedback. This product was introducted at a low price and will be increased tomorrow to $57.00 It was a intro price and had great feedback from customers and coaches. My goal is not to spam but to put out some information on a product. If you took it that way well im sorry. If the forum wants it removed them I will understand. I can tell you other than replying to this post you wont see spam from me because like you i hate getting it myself. As for my posts. I have posted on our cardio training article and replyed to this post. Like i said no need to worry about spam. We try and provide good information all the time. Mike |

Dear Grapplers Gym:
1. It was Bulgarians and Turkish, not Romanians, who dominated weightlifting. And all coaches here know why .2. Wrestlers in Romania and SU were not the only ones who were the best. Some Olimpic champions You can find also in Poland. 3. I know everything with "Russian Olimpic" or "Spetsnaz" label is very well sold in America and Western Countries, but it's really overestimated. 4. It took a lot of money and a lot of doctors work to prepare all these athletes, it was not just the good coach.

Don't forget the Soviets way back when also pumped their athletes up with steroids in the ealier days of the Olmypics; did you ever get a look at some of the female Soviet swimmers and such from those days?? There was one where people were even suspicious if it was really a woman or not even.
The true secret, in the end, to being very strong and powerful is to just SHUT THE F*** UP AND LIFT!! Albeit rest accordingly, but you can make soooo much gain if you just make a good, solid strength program and stick with it, and put PASSION into your lifting too.
