Default Need Diet plan

Well i consider myself in pretty good shape i workout Daily, and do cardio daily. And im not really trying to get big, a little more size would be nice but what im looking for is that really cut look. Like Bruce lee you know sculpted out of stone .... where you clearly see muscle without flexing.

And im working out alot and stuff, so i know my diet is holding me back.

Like im good on some things. I.E i only drink water.... nothing sugary. and i try to eat healthy for the most part but sometimes i slip up. the occasional fast food or pizza here and there.

2. things im asking from you experienced gurus out there.
1. Any help with working out and regiments for that body type i desire?

2. Any Diets u guys can think of that would be appropriate and not too extreme, im willing to sacrifice but no like super exotic stuff please.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Being cut has nothing to do with how strong you are, or how much muscle you have, it only has to deal with how much body fat you have. If you want to have cut abs, you're going to have to loose body fat %. Get down to about 8-10% and you should see some abs, no matter how skinny or strong you are.

If you want to get really cut, avoid all starches five days a week (Mon-Fri say). No breads, pastas, potatoes, rice, pastries, cereal, or anything with starch in it. Saturday, you can have one meal where you can eat whatever you want but the other two have the same restrictions. Sunday, do a fast, drinking nothing more than V8 juice and water to clean out your system. Break the fast on Mon by eating a small bowl of fruit, waiting an hour or so, then eating breakfast, and continue.

This worked pretty well for me, I had an extreme level of definition to the point of inconvenience. Lint would actually get stuck in between my abs and I had to clean them out with a Q-Tip. That was back when I was maybe 155, however, so I have a bit more meat on my bones now

A few weeks to get used to it, and then a few afterwards. Sometimes I'd eat protein bars in between meals so you could try that too if you want.
