| Registered User | I know this sounds ridiculous, but I need motivation to lose (more) weight. I have lost about 15 lbs slowly--but it always boings up and down 2-3 lbs. I am FINE with where i am at, but I want to lose more weight. Is there any movation I can get? I exercise hard, but get bored. I eat mostly healthfully but coffee and those chewy fruit peach candie rings and my downfall. HELP please Peace Kick Box Blonde |

![]() | well you really gotta ask yourself, what is it you want? why do you want to lose more weight? answer those questions and keep them in mind whenever you train. thats way better than any movie are any other minor things. |

![]() | Darkrelevance has a point. Why do you want to lose weight? Losing weight just for the sake of losing it is somewhat pointless and will result in a lack of motivation. Losing weight, however, to become more fit/toned/happy with your body is a justifiable cause. |

![]() | When I lose motivation I watch a couple UFC fights on DvD, or watch a couple street fight videos. Or check out some fine ladies, then Im right back to working out without a second thought about it, with extra energy and motivation. |

| Registered User | Watch better fighters, people with great bodies, women or anything else that makes you want to have a good body. I lost 24 pounds because i got motivated by seeing some ripped guys in fighting videos. Hell dude if you'd put your mind to it you'd lose all the weight you want to lose in such a small time. I lost 24 pounds in about a month and a half.
