Get a large stick or pipe, and hold it in the middle and rotate it,or you can do abanicos (fan strikes and stuff). Try to work on speed instead of strength, and your wrists get stringer and more flexible over time.

Its what i do.

bend in your hands and do pushups, so that your palms are facing upward towards you, with the back of your hand on the ground. do a couple of those everyday and it should make your wrists stronger.

Reverse wrist curls and wrist curls with dumbells or barbells.

Punch a heavy bag.

Attach a weight to a thick bar by a string and turn the bar with both hands alternating to wind up the string, then lower the weight the same way. A thicker bar while produce better results than a thinner one.

Default Wrist Roll-up

Nice. The reverse grip is also good too.

Have you guys heard of wrist roll ups?

You have a bar with a good 4-5 feet of rope tied around the center in a tight not. The other end of the rope can be tied around a 5lb or 10lb weight. You roll the bar from the ground all the way up to the bar by twisting action of the bar making the rope roll around the center of the bar, then same thing on the way down.

It will burn your forearms like no tomorrow.

Oh man, I know exactly what you're talking about. Great excercise, and really easy to make. The first time I did it, my muscles were sore for days.
