I posted this question on another forum and would like to ask this forum on their opinion. I am considering trying high intensity interval training (HIIT) as a way to shed fat (asides from also watching my diet). My questions are:
1. Does HIIT give you the same aerobic benefits as does 30 mins of a sustained level of cardio training? 2. How long and for how many days should I do it for? 3. Should I use HIIT with bodyweight training or weight training for the most fat loss or it doesn't make a difference. |
