Default Air Alert Programs

Anyone know anything about, or has done any of the air alert programs, all my friend talks about is how it'll be so cool if he can dunk by the end of the year and that he will be able to get it. He can almost do it now, but I just want to find this out and give it to him so he can get a higher vertical and shut the hell up about it.... so anyone know if these work? .... oh and where could I find of what they consist of... havent had much luck looking.... also do you have to buy the program or is it just available on the net.

Thanks.

Isn't that the vertical jump shoes?

Like jumpsoles?

If it is they are a shoe with a large platform attatched to the front that has a very wide base and keeps the foot supported in the front and off the ground 3 to 5 inches.

If that is what you are talking about then.
They work pretty well and will defintely give your calves a work out. I have a pair of them but they are not "name brand"

The trick is actually using them and getting used to them.
