![]() | the only problem I've heard about with cracking your knuckles is that it causes your knuckles to grow larger. it will NOT cause arthritis, so far as I've seen anyway.

lol, I think part of the point of OCD is that you can't stop. but hey biting your nails works well if you dun have constant access to clippers, and yeah, I think most people wash their hands too much anyway.
