Question Naked Warrior or Combat Conditioning?

Which do you prefer? Do you prefer a combination of both?

If your training partner is a lady friend nick named Chesty St.Claire, obviously its going to be a naked warrior match in a Turkish oil wrestling format...

Congrats to Former Sensei for winning his boxing match! Good luck to you in future fights.

Thank you TY, for your congratulations. It felt great. I know I have to continue now. There were a few professional boxers who even told me that I did great. That was a great feeling.

As for the person who voted for both, how do you incorporate that? Would you mind posting a sample week, please. I seriously want to know.

I use Combat Conditioning, but I received from my wife the Naked Warrior book for my anniversary (which happened to be the same day as the fight).

Thanks again,

FS

Did you win by Unanimous Decision, TKO or KO?

I thought I won by TKO in the third and final round, but I guess the judges, and the referee changed their minds.

Here is what happened:

The first round he caught me real good and I got a standing eight. That was the end of that.

The second round, I caught him with a leading right, and he got a standing eight. I caught him again and he got another.

The third round wasn't much different. We started going at it, and then I caught him with a real good right and he went back. The referee got in between us and stopped the action. About three seconds later, the bell rang. On the video footage I have of that, this all took place within forty-six seconds. The rounds are one and a half minutes. Therefore, I thought I got a TKO. But, when the ring announcer came in to give the decision, he said they had a Unanimous Decision. I won't complain because a win is a win. I am just confused.

Thanks again for your congrats. Mike Brewer, thank you also. Your negative calorie diet helped me drop the weight quicker.

Both are really good. Pavel just has his two exercises which are great but there's still parts of the body he neglects that CC will take care of.
