Default Building muscle without gaining weight?

So like, I need to buff up, not intensly BUT I do need some more force in my punchs. So like, I guess I have 3 questions? I already know that muscles weighs more than fat, but how much more exactly?

1. The most "important" arm muscle for punching?
2. Is there a workout for your chest/pecs that you can do without weights or machines?
3. Does muscle weigh a LOT more than fat?

1. Forums are for helping, not frontin'
2. I mentioned in my fucking post for an excercise that doesnt include a gym. So why would you make a reference to it? very clever of you

5. By the way, a keyboard doesnt even weigh 2lbs. What would bench pressing that accomplish, it's basic human anatomy that i would be able to life 2 fucking pounds. I could lift 2 pounds with my fucking MIND.

First triceps are the main muscle in the arm for punching, then it's lats, but power comes from your legs not your arms.

Dips work well. just use two chairs .
Pushups with your feet elevated high enough for most of the weight to go to your traps and lats.

plyometrics for your legs

It weighs 2-3 times more than fat. And your simply not gonna bulk up by goin without weights not gonna happen. I just eat madddd carbs and protein. The serious weightgain diet is like 1-1/2 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight, and 3-4 carbs per pound of bodyweight. Lifting like.... 3 times a week for about 2-2 1/2 hours each workout.

Thats just what I do though, I mean, Ive gained alot of weight and strength on that one. Make sure to not overdo cardio though cause too much cardio also inhibits muscle growth.

excellent advice. Perhaps for swisscom though since he is built as he is and whatnot, trying to get his weight workouts done in 45-75 minutes might work well. Get the stimulus, get out and grow. Too long of a weight session may overstress him and not result in the growth he desires. I was 130 when I graduated high school and found that brief and intense sessions coupled with adequate rest and diet worked well. O.K. so the diet was sketchy, but that is one of the blessings of being 19.

lol I'm only in high school. The long workouts help me to work the muscles to failure.

I see you have figured out the quote thingy

Have fun, I'm sure you'll like this forum. Very imformative w/o too many jerkoffs like on many forums. Of course there are some exceptions.

Thanks for the tips guys haha. So basically, heavy weights for short periods of time like 3 times a week? I can do that. Uhm.. okay so tricepts, and lats. Awesome. Thanks for the info. I guess just one more question?

Pecs dont really do a whole lot for a fighter I would assume. I was asking more for the looks portion, but iunno, if they help thats good. Can you shed some light on the subject please
