Standard pushups, pullups (and go to the full DEADHANG for each), handstand pushups (on chairs to get more extension if you can, otherwise also military presses with a barbell), dips, rope climbs, Hindu pushups, work on planches, you can also get to one-armed PT, one-arm pushups, one-arm Hindu pushups (for the super-hardcore), one-armed pullups, one-armed handstand pushups, etc....just plain 'ole walking around on your hands is good too.

If your trying to get in shape for the swim team, why dont you start swimming? That will build your body up. Exercising doesnt get more sport-specific than that.
