Okay, so it seems that I probably fractured one or more bones in my right foot. (I'm getting X-rays done hopefully next week so it can be official) So basically, best case senario is that I have a form of tendonitis in my foot. What are ways that I could help my foot heal faster so that I can actually start Judo? The doctor recomended some Apercream and I've been putting that on my foot and it hasn't helped yet. I'm 99% sure it's a fracture, so what could I do to help heal the bone? (I doubt it's a very big fracture) Also, what workouts would I be able to do with a boot or cast on my foot?
