Default Caring for facial scars

I had one from awhile back that runs about an inch below my hairline at a diagnol around my right eye...and today I'm afraid I just got a few more nasty cuts above my lip. The new cuts didn't bleed anywhere near as bad as the old one (several stitches above and underneath plus glued shut)...didn't require stitches, but would be much more visible IF they scarred...
what should I do to prevent them from scarring.

stay out of the sun, get some vitamin E oil and put some on it each night.

Other than that you get what you get. I have scars on my lips from being stitched up a few times. and a few other smaller scars from getting hit.

there is stuff now that once it is all healed up you can help diminish them. Most of those products are based on Retin A

Maybe all those scars are a subtle point that kicking people in the neck doesn't work so well? I always thought lots of facial scars showed a lack of defensive skills..evade..hit the attacking limb if you must ...but not with your face...

i agree comletely. i went through a windshield once. this method worked the best...though i still do have a light scar above my eye. plastice surgeons can usually remove most scars if they arent to bad.

p.s. the windshield ripped out my eyebrow ring...that wasnt fun.
