Sometimes i'll do an extreme cardio workout of 30-50 minute, and my weight will drop to 190...Make note I weigh 200 pounds right now....When I wake up i'm back to 200 wtf happened?

the weight you lost was probably all water weight.
water actually weighs quite alot. most people can sit in a sauna for a while, and get the same type of effects.
a lot of people trying to make weight using dehydration methods, and then after weigh in, rehydrate.

Penance will become famous soon enough
Default Some useful numbers

1 pound of fat = 3600 Calories.

The typical human body burns 10 C per lb of body weight per day to maintain that weight.

So if you weigh 200 lbs you burn about 2000 C just to maintain that.

So say you eat a well balanced diet of around 2000 calories a day. If your daily workout + energy expenditure from walking around is 600 C you can expect to take about 6 days to lose one pound. Note that burning 600 C a day exercising is pushing it, a typical cardio workout can burn 250-500 C
