im 13 and i can do tricks like a frontflip, roundoff backflip, and almost an areial.... my mother has just gotten a treadmill and i just had a simple question. If i use it like about 20-60 minutes a day will that make my musles too big after a little while and take away from my tricking??? i really just want a quick answer before i start running on it alot. Will it increase my running spead or will it slow me down but i will have stronger legs? Please could someone answer me.

It wont slow you down just keep training with your backflips.. It will increase your running speed, decrease your body fat, keeps you in shape and it can give you six packs if you have a good diet and do some crunches here and there.

Depends on how you run.
The long distance you run, your legs tend to be thinner, you have smaller calves and thighs. Thi is because your body is trying to conserve energy and the less muscles it has to supply blood to, the more energy is conserved. If you sprint alot, you'll get bigger thighs and calves. More muscles = Faster timing from A to B, but it could also mean that you'd be panting by C and you might not make it to D. A long distance guy won't be able to run A-B like you did but chance are, he'll make it to point H. |
