Attn: Chicagoans - free Crossfit Seminar!

Hey,
Anyone from the Chicagoland interested in attending a free CrossFit seminar on January 7th in Arlington Heights? For those who don't know what CrossFit is - it's the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.

On Saturday 1/7/06 at 9:00 A. M. there will be a mini seminar and CrossFit WOD at the Elite Athletic Development facility in Arlington Heights, IL.

Jim Inman, owner and head instructor has been kind enough to open up his facility for the next meeting. As the pictures will tell you, this facility is CrossFit friendly, Jim even has rings!!

The meeting will run approximately 3 hours. Ryan Atkins of CrossFit Racine , Larry Lindenman and I (Dave Ajeda) are in the process of developing the format of the meeting. All three of us toured Jim's facility recently and had some great ideas about the January meeting. We are also looking to see the interest level for a possible CrossFit program in this facility.
