Default Be ware: estrogen producing exercises.

For a while I have been wondering why is yoga and pilates look up like an estrogen producing activities.
My friend teaches both at a gym and very often men walking asking questions, if those two activities are for women only.
At some point my friend was so frustrated that she cited a study, which proves that a year or more of pilates leads to breast enlargement and shrink in penis size in men.
Does anyone know where did this myth started?

Wow wow...I always tell people to take up yoga. Before going into martial arts, I did a lot of yoga and weightlifting. I stopped yoga when I joined shootfighting but I could move my legs a lot easier cause I was more flexible then the other beginners.

Flexibilty is a huge part of grappling. Anyways, Pilates are important too! Where else are you gonna meet the girls at your gym? I dont see too many hanging around the bench press.
