Default The Van Dam Lift

have u guys heard of the Van Dam Lift? it was promoted by pro wrestler, and expert martial artist "Rob Van Dam". he says he used this lift to help him achieve the full splits. this lift became an official lift of some body building organisation or something, and he holds the record for his own lift.
