Depends! Muay Thai fighters train 6 days a week with sundays off and thier training regiments are 2 times a day and very tough. A lot of body builders workout 6 days a week.

Its all about preference and what YOUR body can take. Everyone is different. I have friends who weightlift 6 days a week and train one night off bjj. Then I have friends who do BJJ 3 nights and do a push/pull weekend.

Post your split and Ill give my advice. Proper splitting is very important. 6-7 day splits are hard due to the fact you dont have a lot of rest days so you have to space properly.

Good luck bro

it's advised to let the muscle rest , you can work a muscle 1 day the other muscle the second day ..

I used to train 7 days a week (unfortunately now it's only 3-4 days due to time restraints). As long as you're splitting muscle group workouts efficiently then no it's not bad to train 7 days a week. (of course I'd usually take it easy 1 day of the week, just doing light cardio and core training)
