Default Weight loss problem

I have been working on losing weight for a few months, and when I started in mid Jan., I was 215-220. Now I'm hangin around the 200-205 mark, and can't seem to lose any more.

I am using Stacker 2 products, and I am walking more. I'm at a loss.

Honestly, cardio helps lose weight, but the really battle is in the kitchen.

How big are you? I started pretty tubby at 215-220 myself. Right now...I'm about 210, but I've gone down multiple waist sizes, put on some pecs, yadda yadda yadda.

Try some HIIT workouts.

That's a very easy and simple one to do with bodyweight alone. It's also very easy to modify to your fitness level by just changing the quantity of the exercises to something.

Then as mentioned, there's diet. Lower the calories to a reasonable amount, fit the structure to your daily demands, and eat more often in smaller portions.

My diet has changed some from before. When i was working hard at losing weight I was into canned veggies for breakfast, lunch and maybe a burger for dinner. Now, whatever is easy to grab. I'm planning on changing that in a week after I get moved to a new place.
