Eating right and running will work for anyone. There are so many diets she can do, just let her cut down the fats and let her eat moderatly for 4-5 meals a day along with excersizing 3-4 times a week and she'll lose it in no time.

Cool, thanks. Good to know. Its not exactly like she needs to lose any, looks fine to me anyway, but need to avoid her taking the approach of starvation as a weight loss technique.
Cheers blitz

Yeah, agreed, smaller meals more often to boost up her metabolism. Make sure she knows that she needs to get a good dose of calories each day or her metabolism will get buggered up.

Also, studies show that weightlifting helps women more than men as far as losing weight. I'll look for the article.

Yeah I was just going to add that she shouldn't overdo the dieting. Lots of girls think they should still lose weight even though they shouldn't. Lots of disorders happen because of this. If she isn't overweight at all, she could just resort to excersize, eat healthy food and it would help her. She should just eat healthy food without cutting down her weight, the excersize does its job and it makes her body look better without the need to cut weight.

Oh yeah, make sure to tell her that over and over again. It'll help her on her diet. Especially if you come up with better adjectives.
