I understnad how to lose weight if your a guy, being one myself I've managed to work that much out. Im wondering if there's any significant differences in approach with a women?
Only asking because i genuinely dont know Eating right and running lots works wonders for me, but i dont know if itll work for my friend. Any opinions? |

Eating right and running will work for anyone. There are so many diets she can do, just let her cut down the fats and let her eat moderatly for 4-5 meals a day along with excersizing 3-4 times a week and she'll lose it in no time.

Yeah, agreed, smaller meals more often to boost up her metabolism. Make sure she knows that she needs to get a good dose of calories each day or her metabolism will get buggered up.
Also, studies show that weightlifting helps women more than men as far as losing weight. I'll look for the article. |

Yeah I was just going to add that she shouldn't overdo the dieting. Lots of girls think they should still lose weight even though they shouldn't. Lots of disorders happen because of this. If she isn't overweight at all, she could just resort to excersize, eat healthy food and it would help her. She should just eat healthy food without cutting down her weight, the excersize does its job and it makes her body look better without the need to cut weight.
