    Sore Heel, Need Help!

Hey all, lately my left heel has become very sore. Anyone know what this is, like a heel spur or something with the bone, or a plantar's wart, or something with the tendon or ligament? It gets only mildly sore when I don't put much stress on it, but if I do sprinting or something, it feels like someone wacked it full on with a hammer. Anyone know what this is?

    Sounds pretty bad bro.

Recommend a doctor if it's your heel bone that's hurting...I've never heard of any heel injuries that just go away on their own, while I've hurt plenty of stories about heel injuries that get worse.

Yeah sounds like tendon issues, but that is really hard to know without checking it out.

    Get it checked
