Default Calorie check.

How many calories does your normal plain hot dog have? By plain I mean just the bun, and..... Weiner.

since I eat a hot dog everyday for lunch

trying to add up my calories, and see what my intake is.

My eating diet is normally

Natural Valley Granola Bar.
Plain Hot dog.
Grilled Chicken breast with flavored water.

can anyone help me out here?

Maybe like 250, 275 cals for a hot dog on a bun unless you go with fat-free Oscar Mayer or something. Your granola bar will say the calories. About 320 cals for one serving of grilled chicken (355 g).

You need to eat more.

So everyone tells me but to be quiet honest I just don't feel that hungry anymore.

I get certain 'cravings' every now but I mostly kill those cravings with mental prowess.

Afterall if my stomache doesn't rumble I consider myself good to go for a few hours....I absolutely hate eating...not that i'm anorexic or bilemic mind you....I simply find it a waste of energy.

Yeah, you don't feel hungry when you're malnourished because your stomach shrinks. If that is all you are eating you are depriving your body of nutrients it needs. Not healthy.

Mistreating your body is not mental prowess, it is just dumb. At least eat some enzyme-rich fruits and some vegetables. Sheesh.

Anyway, almost everyone I know has had issues with food at some point in their lives... Food was this big financial issue with me for a long time, so I'm definitely speaking from experience. I just want to suggest for you the idea of just eating food you like and being really present when you do it, really taste it and enjoy it. Besides, if you want to have good metabolism you really do need to eat snacks throughout the day... oranges, apples, nuts and seeds, cheese, milk, jerky, etc.
