![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | whey is fine. It shouldn't make you break out. I prefer Pablo's stuff. www.littlepablo.com His whey tastes the best and isn't thick. I like the chocolate and the strawberry.

| Registered User | I like optimum nutritions stuff. I used to use whey but now I'm using Pro Complex. All by ON. www.optimumnutrition.com The taste isn't bad, I haven't tasted lots of brands so I can't compare.

![]() | There are lots of good products out there. One that I've used recently and had some good success with is Muscle Milk. Each serving contains about 30 grams of protein and it taste great. Some people lean away from it though because it is high in fat. Not to worry. The fats are called MCTs or medium chain triglycerides. They are rarely stored as fat. As a matter of fact, it is easier for the body to use MCTs as energy than glucose. Just my 2 cents. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I think we have a difference of opinion on the taste of Muscle Milk. I don't like the fact that I can usually taste it a good six hours after I drink it.

![]() | Yeah, I've heard a few people say that. I've never had a problem with it. I didn't notice the aftertaste as much when I used the RTDs as opposed to mixing it myself though. EAS did, for a while have a product that was similar called Max Milk but I haven't seen it on the shelves in several months. It probably got yanked. Pretty much the same formula but it had a better taste than Muscle Milk does. |
