squats. 2 leg, 1 leg, weighted, barbell.
running up hills with plates is good. i also do stairs with plates.
I started building my foundation to weight train off of for legs. Im doing walking lunges with a plate and sprints.
What do you guys do for leg work?
Any suggestions?
