Unhappy Push up

I m extremly ashamed of myself....
i am now 14 years old and i cant even do a proper push up....
can any1 tell me how i can train to do more "proper" push up

ummm just keep trying... maybe watch other ppl and copy it.. but all u can really do is just keep trying

If by a "proper" push-up, you mean keeping your body straight as a plank, then we are on the same page. I would suggest, instead of starting from your toes, start from your knees. As long as you keep your torso straight you are doing a push-up. Work at increasing your number of repetitions and you'll be doing the "proper" push-ups before you know it.

I can do 35 pushups on my knees and toes at the same time in a minute. i can only do about 3 on just my toes on a good day.

Great Advice. Start on your knees. Your strength will build from there. I can do 100 regular push ups in a minute....but that's my job! lol
