Thats a little too excessive dont you think? Walking around with all those weights wont help your cardio but itll definitely make you stronger.

i think i may have heard that wearing weights like that could potentially by harmful for certain joints. i dont know though.

dont even bother with the hassle of walkin around with tons of weights strapped to your body, just lift weights and get a proper routine.
