Thailand has a number of live-in Muay Thai camps. They are happy to accept American dollars to let you train there.
Ninjutsu is a Japanese art, so you are unlikely to find such camps in Thailand, although I suppose an opportunistic fraud might be willing to accept dollars and let you think you are at an authentic ninja training camp.
