Well more of a diet thing i guess. Not looking into it for the weight but merely for health instead of soda and things like that. I want fresh fruit and such.

Experiement, I'm sure there are plenty of combos that taste delicious. My old favorite is apple juice with bannanas and crushed ice with Met-Rx or Myoplex.

blenders are great for making healthy concoctions. if you add some protein powder to your combination, you pretty much have a full meal ODENE.

You've got to experiment.

Banana goes well with about any other fruit; so does mango.

Try Banana, mango, protein powder, low-fat milk and ice. Let us know how it tastes.

Here are some things I would personally try.

Mango + Orange + protein powder + low-fat milk + ice
Banana + Orange...
Apple + Mango....
Blue berry + banana + mango...

1 cup raw milk (from grassed cows) or coconut milk, 2 raw (again grassfed) eggs, 1-2 cups fruit (frozen blueberries, strawberries, cherries, peaches), protein powder if you want. I add cinnamon tingle cod liver oil, raw cacao powder and agave nectar.

I like stealing recipes from the side of those Odwalla and Naked juice bottles and adding protein powder to balance out the fruit sugar...

Oh and I add bananas sometimes.
