Instead of running, try sprinting. For higher jumps, practice jumping. Ballistic lifts like cleans, jerks and snatches could also help.

Also look up dumbbell jumping squats.
To add power to your kicks, kick a heavy bag, or try and kick 2 feet through the heavy bag

For higher jumps, make sure jumping is a big part of your training. For stronger kicks, make sure kicking is a big part of your training. To supplement that training ... both skills require strength and explosive power. I would, as aku aku suggested, do some oly lifts, which are explosive by nature. I am partial to one-arm dumbell hang power snatches, which give you a lot of the benefit of snatches without the injury risk of proper olympic snatches. One-arm dumbell push-presses also get you fairly low-risk explosive power work. Squat jumps are another good explosive lift. For pure strength, squats. And lastly, some plyos ... tuck jumps, lunge jumps, box jumps, depth jumps (if you're advanced enough), etc. These will all give you more potential, but to realize that potential, you have to spend a lot of your time actually jumping and kicking.
