Default Want to Gain Weight

Im 18 years old, Im 5'7 and weight 115 pounds. I been skinny since i was a kid but i want to start fighting now and i want to bulk up. Does anyone have any suggestions?

join a health club and lift weights.

or join a good martial arts school.

or do both.

if you look at the other threads in this fitness forum, there are quite a few threads about working out and gaining muscle.

Order Chicken-fried anything. Add gravy or butter to it.

or

Date a more traditional gal from tjhe Mediterannean area. Ask her to cook dinner on a regular basis. You'll get enough to eat....and then some.

I have the same issue of being naturally lean. I've never been a big fan of them, but there are a lot of products like Joe Weider Weight Gainer that you can try. I think I was about 32 before my metabolism really changed. Now it's easier to keep on weight.
