This is a simple question. I'm not going to ask what he did in his workouts, just basically I'm going to ask on average how many hours a day and how many days a week did he workout? Thanks for your input.

I believe you are asking for a figure that would be hard to calculate. Take for instance this Excerpt from "The Power Of The Dragon":
"He [Bruce Lee] was constantly training. When he watched TV or went to the movies, he conditioned his knuckles. When he was driving, he worked the hand grips. If he walked to a bookstore and came to a hill, he always ran. He never wasted time." http://www.scribd.com/doc/7215/Marti...ength-Training I think it's safe to say he worked out as long as he was awake ![]() Parsec |

My dad told me that Bruce Lee trained differently, taking an easier "cheatier" way to build himself. Using eletric shocks to tense his body up and increase the muscle mass and such. I always thought this was true, because well we all want to believe our parents.

Why spend all the time focusing on weight training when you could hook your pecs up to some electric-pulses and get a workout while doing other things (like reading, Writing, preparing food, etc.) You could use your time much more efficiently.
What you call cheating, I call smart. Just my opinion.

Watch his films. His speed flexibility, power and near perfect technique which he displays are only obtained through hard and long practise.
