Default knee strengthening

I recently blew my out and needed some minor work done on it but now its lost all its strength ive been working on it for about a month now but have seen little or no progress can anyone give me any tips on how to get it back in shape.

I've got a zoning drill up in Cane Fighting Practise.

When you say that you blew your knee out, do you mean that you've damaged one of the ligaments? Did you injure the meniscus? Did you simply hyper extend the knee a little?

The nature of the injury will dictate what you should do to increase strength again. Ligament damage is highly problematic as ligaments do not bounce back to their normal length once they have been overstretched. They have to be operated on or they plague you for the rest of your life.
