Hi guys,
I have been trying to lose a bit of weight whilst training 5/6 days a week and it has really screwed me up and I've ended up overtraining... I constantly feel like I have NO ENERGY and am totally drained / demoralised... I was wondering if someone could recommend me a diet? I am currently 69KG and want to get to 66KG, so keep that in mind, I train MMA / Kickboxing 5/6 days a week for 2 hours a day. Current Diet: 06:00am - Apple or Yoghurt 08:30am - Wheat-a-bix 10:30am - Yoghurt or Apple 12:00am - Can of Tuna 02:30pm - Bowl of Mixed Vegetables 04:40pm - 80g Turkey Breast 09:00pm - 80g Turkey Breast & bowl of peas 10:30pm - Yoghurt |

Carbs are your friend. You must eat carbs. Just make sure you are in a calorie deficit. I wouldnt give that diet to a 12 year old girl.

i eat about 1.5kg of coooked weight rice a day. How about some fruit. You are thinking like a bodybuilder, focussing on protein above anything. You need carbs most then protein and fats. where are the good quality fats? You cant possibly hope to fight train even for bouncy boxing on that. Eat alot more and up your output as well.
