Default Skinny upperbody, big lowerbody

How do I lose weight in my lowerbody without becomming anorexic in my upperbody? My butt and upperlegs are the biggest and have the most fat in my body and I want to lose weight in them so I can fit my pants better and kick alot faster. No matter what size of pants I try, they are always so loose on the waist, but very tight in the legs and butt.

you cant target weight loss to any area, your body just sucks it out in the way its genetically programmed to do, so if you predominantly put weight on on your lower half then when you diet it will come off from there.

Everything before the comma in Ghost's reply is pretty much true.

However, the part after the comma - isn't necessarily true at all.

People often have "problem areas."

A lot of women have a problem area in their lower belly. No matter how much they exercise and work out, the lower belly stubbornly maintains it's shape and size.

Your answer, Plasma, is to work out like mad, eat mostly fruit and produce, avoid a lot of grains, and eat lean meat (if you're a meat eater..)

And to work out like crazy. I personally recommend an interval style workout to a standard 40 minutes of cardio type workout. You can clear a problem area, but you gotta work hard to do it.

I give some basic instrux for an interval workout on my website - this is Liam Bauer's (Taku) Interval workout:

Best of luck.

I think you misunderstood me.
Im stating that when he loses weight he will lose if from the areas where he has accumulated the most fat.
For instance he has become overweight in the lower half, therefore when he diets the weight will come away from that area.
I wasnt saying anything more than that, and answers his question on how he will lose weight in that area though he cannot target it.

Easy...
don't fit the following criteria, even though the loss of menses may prove a problem for you, we'll just put you as an EDNOS :

Diagnostic criteria for 307.1 Anorexia Nervosa

A. Refusal to maintain body weight at or above a minimally normal weight for age and height (e.g., weight loss leading to maintenance of body weight less than 85% of that expected; or failure to make expected weight gain during period of growth, leading to body weight less than 85% of that expected).

B. Intense fear of gaining weight or becoming fat, even though underweight.

C. Disturbance in the way in which one's body weight or shape is experienced, undue influence of body weight or shape on self-evaluation, or denial of the seriousness of the current low body weight.

D. In postmenarcheal females, amenorrhea, i.e., the absence of at least three consecutive menstrual cycles. (A woman is considered to have amenorrhea if her periods occur only following hormone, e.g., estrogen, administration.)

Specify type:

Restricting Type: during the current episode of Anorexia Nervosa, the person has not regularly engaged in binge-eating or purging behavior (i.e., self-induced vomiting or the misuse of laxatives, diuretics, or enemas)
Binge-Eating/Purging Type: during the current episode of Anorexia Nervosa, the person has regularly engaged in binge-eating or purging behavior (i.e., self-induced vomiting or the misuse of laxatives, diuretics, or enemas)

But, I think that you may just have "ADD"

just keep working out your body evenly, and everything will work itself out.

just do a bunch of compound lifts, it will properly build up your body.

squats/leg press
seated rows
pullups
bench press
shoulder press
upright rows
deadlifts
