Hi there,
I have noticed recently that the clicking in my elbow joints has got slightly worse. Only slightly. Im pretty sure my joints have always clicked a bit but now, every time i extend my arm to do a wing chun chain punch for example, i get like 3 clicks in a row very close to eachother so that it almost sounds like something between a squelch and a crunch. So i have 2 questions: Is this a problem that could get worse in the future? What can i do to stop my joints clicking? Im thinking that there must be some kind of diet that can help this clicking? Any info would be great Thanks! |

Definitely a problem!
Elbow joints or any joints in the body are not designed to click in one way or another...unless it has dislocated. IT could seriously evolve into osteoarthritis and would eventually lead to pain.
