Default liniment ?

Has or does anyone use liniment? I was gonna try using some when my shins are hurting from a workout.

I've heard of tiger balm liniment and people have said good things of it. Its sold through martial arts stores and magazines.

Tiger "balm" is not a liniment but a balm.

It is a rather simple design that can be used for opening your sinuses and other mild ailments but you really want to use something stronger when you are strengthening and conditioning your body.

Dit Da Jow and Iron Palm medicine are the way to go if you are doing any Iron Skills training.

the thai version is a lot more powerful and far more effective. ive tried both extensively and it is obvious immediately that the thai version is much stronger and more effective. try it.

I also like Traumeel. It is neither a balm nor a liniment, but an ointment.
