Default help!training with sledge sandbag dumbbell

my 3 fav tools to train are dumbbells(too broke to get a kb) sledge swings and sandbag

i need some help putting varitey into my workout also i need to know how much i need to do to get a trainng effect(15min fight would be good) im reeeeeeeeeally outta shape so i need somewhere to start i did 35 swings in 45 sec and puked keep in mind i really wanna be in better shape help!

digging at the earth with a shovel and a pick can become a pretty exhausting workout if you do it correctly, if you are into those alternative workouts and whatnot.
